What is MouseMapper™ Travel?
I am a trained travel specialist and theme-park aficionado and I founded this agency in July of 2024, with the goal of creating a premier online planning center dedicated to arranging accessible theme-park destination vacations for families with small children and guests with disabilities. MouseMapper™ Travel currently operates under the umbrella of a larger host agency, MainStreet Travel. All my services are available to clients completely free of charge!
Which travel destinations do you support?
My primary expertise lies in booking and planning vacations to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld Resort Destinations throughout the United States. The majority of my bookings are with clients traveling to these theme-park destinations in Central Florida, Southern California, or Texas.
That said, I am also more than happy to work with clients to book a variety of other travel packages. I am able to book with a broad range of vacation sellers, including most major cruise lines and hotel companies. What planning services do you offer?
MouseMapper™ Travel is a full-service agency that offers a wide array of services, all of which are absolutely FREE. Firstly, I work with all my clients personally to get to know you and your family so that we can build a customized travel quote and map out a vacation itinerary that perfectly matches your travel goals, vacationing style, budgets, and individualized needs.
Once you have approved a travel quote and itinerary, I handle all the complexities of booking your accommodations, theme-park tickets, and in-area transportation (where applicable). I work directly with your vacation supplier to provide a seamless and stress-free planning experience for you. I remain available throughout your planning journey to answer any questions, offer advice, send payment reminders, and make any modifications or cancellations for you.
For clients traveling to Disney® , SeaWorld®, or Universal Resort Destinations, I also handle the hassle of booking of desired advanced dining and experience reservations for you. If needed, I also create detailed itineraries and discuss strategies for maximizing your time in the theme parks and getting the most out of vacation add-ons, such as Universal Express™ Pass or Disney® Park Hopper tickets.
I also collaborate closely with any guests with disabilities in your party to ensure that they understand all their options for accessibility and support offered at your vacation destination. We are also happy to book and coordinate stroller, wheelchair, and EVC rentals, as needed.
How are you able to offer services for free?
Many agencies, including MouseMapper™ Travel, are able to offer our planning services at no cost to our clients because I earn commissions from the vacation sellers themselves, such as Disney, Universal, etc. So, when clients book through my agency, I receive a small percentage of those sales, and that financial support enables me to offer my advice and services free of charge.
How does payment work?
After you approve a personalized travel quote and are ready to make a deposit on your vacation package, you will be asked to enter your payment information into our secure CRM software, called Travel+. Your information is completely confidential and will only be used for the purchasing of products that you have approved.
Once I receive those payment details, I will make your booking and pay any deposit directly with the vacation seller. For example, if you are booking a vacation package at the Universal Orlando Resort, the charge on your credit card will come directly from Universal. Charges will always come from the vacation provider, and I will never ask you to pay money to MouseMapper™ Travel.
All future payments will be made in the same manner until the vacation has been paid in full. Throughout your vacation planning adventure, I will stay in contact and remind you in advance of any upcoming payment deadlines. Your payment method will never be charged without your express consent.
What are your refund policies?
Charges for any vacation packages and experiences that you book through MouseMapper™ Travel will always come directly from the vacation provider directly. For example, if I order Disneyland® tickets on your behalf, the charge on your credit card will come directly from Disney®. I never handle or access any of the money that you pay to vacation providers. As such, refund and cancellation policies are determined by those corporations at their sole discretion. However, I always explain those cancellation policies to my clients to ensure their understanding and agreement at the time of booking.
Why do my travel documents mention "MainStreet Travel"?
Due to its modest size, MouseMapper™ Travel operates independently under the umbrella of a larger host agency, called MainStreet Travel. In exchange for a percentage of my commissions, MainStreet Travel provides me with access to valuable training and credentialing, booking tools, and other resources. If the product or experience that you purchased was booked by me through MainStreet Travel, that name may appear on your travel documents. Rest assured that this will not affect either your planning or travel experience.
